Semana que vem é a última de curso de formação. Se bem que aula mesmo só terça, pq segunda é prova, quarta é a confraternização e quinta é a formatura. Foi um tempo muito bom, conheci muita gente legal e foi uma ótima forma da Petrobras dar as boas vindas. Alguns defeitos, pois nada é perfeito, mas valeu a pena. Valeu, galerinha.

Outra vez Ayreon

Tive que postar isso. Ouvindo essa música me lembrei da minha infância, esse conflito de "bate-não-bate", a vontade de revidar, e algo que sempre me prendia de ser violento. Ayreon é foda demais! A parte do Orgulho contra a Razão é demais...

Do inglês milk

Tem um garoto na turma de contadores juniores, o Lucas, que é muito fã de mangá e anime e resolveu aprender japonês por conta própria. Comprou os dois dicionários da Michaelis (japonês - português / português - japonês) e fica tentando entender o que é dito nos animes sem precisar ler a legenda. Resolvi pegar um dos dicionários e folhear. Ele tava falando que tem muitas palavras em inglês que foram adaptadas pro japonês. Vendo o dicionário vi que tem muita palavra de origem inglesa, os japoneses absorvem muito bem outros idiomas. Como eles não pronunciam a letra "l" e todas as sílabas (salvo raras exceções, como tsu) são formadas por consoante e vogal as traduções ficam muito engraçadas. Vasculhando a letra "m" encontro o seguinte:

miruku - do inglês milk; leite.

Fiquei rindo muito disso. Miruku é totalmente impensável!

Vasculhando na internet vejo esse textículo:

"Graças à influência americana posterior ao Plano Marshall, o japonês incorporou centenas de palavras inglesas (e de outras línguas). Pouco se fala leite como gyuu-nyuu, mas sim miruku (milk). Ji-ten-sha deu lugar a baiku (byke) como bicicleta. Isso fora os neologismos surgidos de abreviação do Romaji. Exemplo disso é a palavra purikura, abreviação de Purinto Kurabu, Romanji de Print Club escrito em Katakaná. (Print Club são certas máquinas que tiram fotos em miniaturas.) Em casos como este, onde palavras estranhas são escritas em Katakaná, suspeite do neologismo."

Essas coisas são muito engraçadas. O povo japonês é muito estranho e interessante...
